When you choose to stop using the "Neptu Note" APP, we will provide you with the service of canceling your account or number in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law", the "Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information" and other relevant laws and regulations. 

Please be informed that canceling an account or number is an irrecoverable operation. Once your account or number is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in to the "Neptu Note" APP using the cancelled account or number, nor will you be able to log in to any associated accounts registered or logged in through this account. It is recommended that you save or download the information and data in your account in advance to prevent loss. And unbind the relevant devices under the account. 

We particularly remind you that the following information will be cleared and cannot be retrieved: 

Audio data, transcribed summary text data, AI-generated data, exercise data, heart rate data, sleep data, etc., as well as transcribed records and transaction records.
